- 9:00 Biofeedback Exercises
- Purpose: Realizing your own strength. Discover how you effect your environment. Learn a new way to be present during difficult times (Not just fight, flight, freeze)
Activity: Attendees will partner together while being guide through various physical play exercises that enable you to discover the tremendous power of your own thoughts and intentions.
- 10:00 Join-Up with Horses
- Purpose: Becoming more aware of your physical movement and energy, releasing the compassionate leader within yourself, and discovering what you communicate with your body in a time of action and pressure.
Activity: Attendees will achieve a Join-Up with a horse.
A Join-up is communicating with a horse using their language of Equus and establishing a leadership role base on trust and understanding.
- 12:00 Lunch
- 1:00 Plastic Bag Exercise
- Purpose: Finding your center of emotional balance
Establishing heighten awareness while remaining completely calm
Learning how to work through fear when fear is present and activated
Activity: Each individual will have time to work with a horse introducing it to a spooky stimulus i.e. a plastic bag. They will help the horse work through his or her fear as well as experience first hand the delicacies of developing trust.
- 3:30 Break
- 3:45 Dissolving False Beliefs
- Purpose: To enable the attendee to recognize how their false beliefs are paralyzing them and creating a feeling of being stuck.
Activity: Each individual will write down a short list of things they do on a daily or weekly basis which they are most reluctant to do. Through involved discussion and feedback the attendee will be able to identify common beliefs that are limiting their everyday happiness.
- 4:30 Wrap-Up Discussion
- Purpose: To allow everyone time to discuss the day's activities and provide time for questions and reflection
- 5:00 Finish
